neat clean PHP, as I can see XSS & SQL Injections are possible at the register form, u could write a class to strip tags, and prevent SQL Injections.

I noticed that your XHTML isn`t W3C compliant, you should fix that quickly =)
I also noticed that the html is very untidy and complicated : )
Maybe you should redo the HTML Part : )

Well if I`ve nothing better to do I`ll check this more intensive : )

Guys that thing is insecure yet =)
You got to strip tags and to mask sql statements otherwise you`re hacked as fast as your website is online ...
