You dont need to change the language in the neuz.exe !
take a look @ ur Theme folder and resfiles.
The most easy way is to parse thai files (Res, Themes, Icons) in the English Theme folder /Res.
But iam not shure about Thai flyff thingies ö.ö (maybe u must translate it by yoursef)

Without the error informations we cant help.
Check the name of the language folder, it shoud be "Your Language Name"

I think in his error.txt is a certifier error.
You can't use a Thai Neuz with German or English Certifier in the Server files. -
How i can edit that T_T
in thailand they have 1 server can do it and them tell me to edit m_pkey
and i don'nt know where is m_pkey is ?

sorry don't know m_pkey but its in my error.log xD.
Try to edit lang at certifier.exe if it doesnt work after that, try to edit all server.exe. -

Same way u edited neuz.exe.
Res hacker u online have to change lang at String Table.
It should work if neuz and cert are both thai. -
