Uppen geht irgendwie seit heute nicht mehr[Packet Editor]

Bis gestern ging uppen auf ein pserver mit dem Packet Editor nun wenn ich auf Start Loop drücke kommt das hier

kann mir denn keiner helfen

nein ist der nicht so habe mein pc formatiert aber der fehler kommt immer noch v3.0 oder v4.0:)
Aber vorgestern ging uppen wieso gehts jetzt nicht=(?

Hatte denn wirklcich kener mal denn selben problem ?weil will dringend uppen=(

Weiß denn wirklich keiner eine lösung!?
