Infuse's on enemy cast damage ratio lowered to .6 AP from .75 AP.
Twisted Fate
Mana restore on Blue card changed to .4 AD (65% of the base damage and total AD, does not include AP) instead of 65% of the damage dealt.

Passive mana regen increased to 1% from .75% per 1% mana missing.
